We're driven by experimentation — exploring new urban matrices and innovative building design. Our work spans real-world projects, from residential developments to large-scale commercial schemes. We also engage in research focused on emerging urbanism, the evolution of new towns, and intelligent reuse of disused spaces. Our goal isn't to overwrite the identity of the urban landscape, but to collaborate with it — creatively, responsibly, and with a view toward a rising generation.

Terraced housing is the future — with shared gardens on the front street,

segregated cycling routes between homes and shops, and separate vehicular

access to the rear of the housing. Physically separating people from cars.

05/2025 Key Quatre Regenerationism

A new initiative has been organised with local Nailsea businesses and residents

to petition for the re-opening of the former Key Quatre Gardens in Nailsea town centre.

This may provide a new sheltered public area, growing in popularity.
